Modern and architect-designed mansion (approx. 157m²), located in a child-rich neighborhood with a backyard and jetty for sailing and swimming water, a cozy split-level living room with a luxurious, semi-open kitchen at the front (Piet Boon 2016). From here there is a view of the sheltered and car-free court with playground where the children from the street can play to their heart's content and the parents sit outside. The house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Included in the asking price are two covered adjacent parking spaces and a storage room in the adjacent parking garage. Optionally, the second floor of the house can be expanded, a permit is required for this, neighbors have already done this. The lease has been bought off until 2058 and the inexpensive offer for perpetual was requested last year.
Ground floor: equipped with underfloor heating and recessed lighting, oak floor and smooth floor. There is an extra storage room next to the entrance.
Entrance hall, meter cupboard, modern toilet with fountain, door to the living room, semi-open, stylish kitchen by Piet Boon (2016). This is custom made, beautifully floating and very luxurious. The kitchen is equipped with: Fenix counter top, Liebherr wine cooler, Quoocker, Bora wide induction plate, Siemens oven and combi oven, large Siemens refrigerator, large separate freezer and elevated Siemens dishwasher.
There is also a handy pantry here and there is enough space for a large dining table. Via a few steps (= split level) you enter the high and bright, garden-oriented living room with sliding door to the terrace with storage. This storage is easy to integrate (read lower), making the terrace larger and giving you a better view of the water. In line with the garden, there is a private jetty for a boat. Here it is also possible to make a sun terrace (see neighbors at nr 5).
First floor: with underfloor heating and oak floor. Landing, large bedroom at the front, relatively easy to split into two rooms (there are also two entrance doors), bathroom with tiles to the ceiling, sink, towel radiator, bath and walk-in shower. Second and third bedroom at the rear, modern toilet with fountain.
Second floor: with underfloor heating, smooth floor and oak floor.
Landing, indoor storage / laundry room with connection for the washing machine and dryer, cupboard for mechanical ventilation. Here it is also possible to easily place a door outside and to build a large roof terrace. Master bedroom with spacious walk-in closet and private bathroom with daylight, tiles to the ceiling, mirror, sink, floating toilet, walk-in shower and towel radiator. If necessary, the house can still be built, a permit is required for this, neighbors have already done this.

There are several shops within a five minute walk, including a bakery, butcher, fishmonger, ice cream shop, two Turkish supermarkets and a large Dane supermarket. The island also has several primary schools, the IJburg College (VWO, HAVO and VMBO), health centers, childcare centers, a large shopping center and Amsterdam creative shops. The cozy marina, with its terraces and nice restaurants are located around the corner. The Haveneiland borders on the banks of the Rieteilanden and the Diemerpark: a nature reserve the size of the Vondelpark, where you can jog, skate or cycle to your heart's content (beautiful cycling routes to, among others, Muiden). The park even has its own beach and a football and hockey club. You can play tennis on Rieteiland Oost. Because of the many surrounding water and the navigable canals, which can also be used for swimming, IJburg has a maritime slant with the port and its water sports association as its focal point. IJburg is located directly on the A-10 (exit S114) as well as the Eastern Access to the A-1 and the A-9 are within easy reach. Tram line 26 (stop a few minutes from the house, just bring your bike) takes you from IJburg to Central Station in about 15 minutes. Bus 66 runs to the Arena in 15 minutes.
