Ground floor:

The solid walnut stair sculptures were designed and made by hand by stair artist Jakkoo van Asten. These stairs run through the entire home as a beautifully connecting style element.

At the rear, the living room continues above the water, with windows all around and a sliding window on the water. From the living room you are immediately in the open kitchen. This is made by a furniture maker from solid high-gloss walnut. The equipment is of the highest level. Gaggenau combi-steam oven and combi microwave, Bora induction stove with downdraft extraction system. The fridge, freezer and dishwasher are the top-line from Siemens.

Through the sliding door in the kitchen you reach the covered terrace at the rear. This terrace with stainless steel swimming ladder floats above the water and has sun from noon to sunset. A low sloop can be placed under the terrace. Stainless steel bollards are already mounted on the terrace for laying your yacht alongside. From here you can sail to the Markermeer in 15 minutes!
